At Shippler Co, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction through our Revision Policy (i.e. 3 revisions). This policy enables you to refine your initial design brief at no additional cost, guided by our dedicated account manager, until you’re completely satisfied with the outcome.
In case you want a refund, you have not published or used the designs throughout the Internet. If you are not satisfied with Shippler Co. design services, you can contact us within five days to claim the refund. But if Shippler Co does not receive a refund request within the first five days of the initial delivery of designs, it will be assumed by both the parties that the initial designs provided to you were satisfactory.
No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged with 30% of the service amount to reactivate your project.
In the case of Combo / Special packages, a similar refund will be applicable as on single packages. A proof or receipt of the purchase of our services will be required to complete the process of return.
